Every Shopfitter's wife needs a new truck, right?! Never thought I'd be so excited buying a new truck. Online Auctions, good research and voila! Signage yet to come. I'd best stop getting so excited or else my new job description will be driving the thing!

New look NIB Kotara Fit Out

NIB Westfield Kotara is proving to be a great success with its clients and staff enjoying their new-look space. It is fresh and vibrant, relaxed and inviting. Customers are welcomed by NIB personnel at the new, interactive work stations with swivel screen computers. And how much are we loving the graphics on the walls depicting Novocastrian living at its best?!

Asofia Conference

Taking time out from the business, an essential investment of time despite the difficulties in actually taking the time out to get away. Asofia, the National Shopfitting Association, this year held our Conference in the Barossa Valley. A beautiful location to re-energise and review what we do, how we do it and why we're doing it, not to mention the wine tasting and dancing til the wee hours of the morning in great company!

Truly enjoyed hearing from Glenn Cooper, from the family owned Coopers Brewery, "Never forget your company culture and its values...the image of your company is your advantage". We wouldn't be here today, in the way we are, without the dedication of 4 decades of family toil. Thank you David; your legacy lives on.

Then it was being challenged by Mark Bunn, former AFL great, and now motivational speaker, encouraging the healthy work-life balance. 4 weeks on from the Conference, I am challenged today to reveiw how we're going with our "Do change well" approach, and the "Eat lightly at night, in bed by 10pm" mantra. Mark Bunn, I am seriously thinking about that Virtual Assistant to get more hours from my day! HEALTHIER, WEALTHIER, WISER. Thank you Mark Bunn for continuing to challenge us.

Shop and Office De-Fits

Radford Shopfitters can also de-fit a shop or office space, returning it to its original, or pre-lease state, ready for something new and exciting to be installed. Radfords will coordinate the disconnection of essential services including water, power, data, air conditioning and phones. Floor coverings can be removed and or repaired, wall coverings removed, doors and windows cleaned, and all walls re-painted, leaving the space fresh, clean and ready for a new client. The shop or office space is then ready for leasing, and a new shop or office can be installed.

Greater Bank Branch Fit Out Port Macquarie

The Greater Bank in Port Macquarie opened last Thursday!

A 5 week process from demolition to handover of a brand new space. Starting with demolition of the old shopfront and fixtures, and the installation of 100m2 of hoarding, the new branch fitout was rapidly evolving with floor chasing, installation of base works plumbing, electrical, data and security pre-wiring. Installation of all components, made in-house by Radford Shopfitters, all on track for the grand opening last week. What a beautiful new space for the team and their community at Port Macquarie to enjoy. Check it out at 58 Horton Street. Well done to Aaron, David, and their team at Radford Shopfitters. Another champion effort.

Greater Bank Branch Greenhills East Maitalnd: Shop and Office Fit Out completed

The Greater Bank Greenhills opened its doors on Friday August 26. It is a new, comtemporary space with an industrial feel, and beautifully furnished, albeit a temporary location while the Greenhills Shopping Centre undertakes a major refurbishment and extension. The branch fit out was completed in a quick turn around time, with components built in-house in the Radford Shopfitters factory, and installed onsite by our competent team of Shopfitters. Project managed by Aaron, the team at Radfords liased with the Property Management Team at the Greater Bank, the Architects, and all of the tradespeople to produce a high quality branch fit out.
